We had an outstanding experience working with Annie Sadler throughout the purchase of our property. From the first showing to the final closing, Annie demonstrated exceptional professionalism, knowledge, and dedication every step of the way. Throughout the entire process, Annie was incredibly responsive and always available to answer our questions. She consistently followed up, kept us informed of every development, and made sure nothing slipped through the cracks. Her communication was outstanding, and we always felt like we were her top priority. Annie also provided honest advice and guidance during the entire process. She paid close attention to every detail, anticipated potential issues before they became problems, and worked tirelessly to ensure the transaction was as smooth and stress-free as possible. Her professionalism, integrity, and commitment to her clients were evident in every interaction. We would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking to buy or sell property. If you're looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, responsive, and truly goes above and beyond for her clients, Annie Sadler is the person you want representing you. We would gladly work with her again and will confidently recommend her to anyone looking for an exceptional real estate professional.

Annie was instrumental in enabling us to sell our property quickly and easily. She was great to work with

Annie was exceptional! My late husband was a Realtor for 44 years. So, I know a good Realtor when I see them. She was excellent!

Annie was so helpful, from finding time to show us the house to working out the details of a 3 way sale. She fostered excellent communication with the seller and gave us links to many local resources. I would recommend her very highly.

Annie Sadler provided wonderful and attentive service throughout the search and the closing of our recently purchased property. She was patient, informative and timely in all of her communications. She knows the Door County area very well - and gave us great information as we made our final decisions. She helped to negotiate a fair deal for both parties. We are thrilled with the new place and highly recommend Annie Sadler for your Door County real estate needs. Dick and Annette Johnson

We have worked with Annie over several years while looking for our second home in Door County. She was extremely patient and always excited and willing to show us any property we were interested in viewing. We found the perfect home. Not only did Annie handle the purchase of this new home, she also sold our old house in Door. Annie was always easy to reach and quick at finding answers to any questions we threw her way. She is a professional; honest, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Annie went the extra mile to sell our home in less than 4 months and help us purchase our new home in that same time frame. THANK YOU ANNIE!

Annie was great to work with throughout the long process of selling a Door County condo. My husband and I were selling during a down market - and appreciated Annie's perseverance and professionalism. She was always available to provide advice and answer our questions. The end result was a great offer and a very smooth closing! She was also great to work with when my sisters and I were looking for a vacation place to share. Working with Annie, we found a nice place - and she was there to take us through the offer and closing.

Annie was very patient as I looked at many properties until I found the one that was right for me. She was a good sounding block as I decided what I wanted to offer for the property. Annie walked me through the entire process and made sure I met all deadlines for inspections. I appreciate her help and oversight.

Annie was very professional and knowledgeable about every detail of selling our condo and made the whole process get done in less than 30 days. Great job Annie.

Annie was a tremendous help to us in our search and ultimate purchase of a property. Her knowledge of the area and property amenities, along with her ability to get answers to all our questions, made the process go quickly and smoothly. We would definitely recommend Annie!

We had an excellent experience working with Annie. Her knowledge of the market combined with her commitment to our satisfaction made the whole home buying process much easier. As first time homebuyers we had a lot of questions and anxieties but Annie always made an effort to communicate and ensure we understood the information or situation in question. For the ~3 months we worked with her, she put in many hours over the weekend and late at night and it felt like Annie really cared about the work she was doing and enjoyed getting us the house we wanted at the price we could afford. I'd recommend Annie as an agent for anyone looking to buy in the area. Thanks Annie!

We were very pleased with Annie Sadler as our realtor. We consider ourselves to be relatively knowledgeable about real estate as we have conducted several transactions on our own. However, 2021 and 2022 presented a fast-paced sellers' market and this was a remote purchase for us. We quickly realized that finding a knowledgeable local realtor was going to be critical to finding and purchasing the right property. Annie's knowledge of Door County is extensive making her an excellent resource to work with. Annie worked tirelessly to provide us with all relevant information on new listings, and to answer our numerous questions. Given that the status of properties was often changing the same day it hit the MLS, Annie provided timely information to give us a competitive chance at properties of interest. She also helped us to successfully navigate a non-typical contractual situation that was unique to a particular parcel of land. Ultimately, we found and purchased a parcel that we are very happy to own, and Annie's expertise as a realtor was pivotal to that outcome. Many thanks!

We are so pleased to have had the opportunity to have Annie Sadler help us purchase our condo in Door County. From the first we spoke with Annie we were so well cared for. Her authenticity, professionalism and quick response from the beginning to our closing was ideal. Annie is everything we could have wished for as a Realtor and as well, someone we enjoyed getting to know. Great experience!

We recently used Annie to purchase a vacation home. She had our backs through the entire process. She made recommendations for local services, arranged to be in person when needed, and pushed on third parties when deadlines were coming due. She was always available to take a call and responded with answers to our numerous questions in a timely manner. I highly recommend utilizing Annie for your next real estate purchase.
